As mentioned before restocking the bar is part of your daily routine. This also includes ordering fruit. Your bar manager will take care of the ordering of spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholics, however because fruit can have a very short shelf life we order this almost daily. Bargruppen uses a company called Måkestad and they deliver everyday except Sunday. At the end of your shift go through what needs to be ordered for the following day(s). You must order enough fruit so that you will not run out the next day(s), but not too much that the fruit will not get used and thrown away.

Ordering is very simple. Every bar has a spreadsheet on their Ipad. Fill it out and send to the Måkestad email.
