You might have a job in Bargruppen, where we ask you to travel, in that case you can download the app “Tripletex”. In this app you can add your travel and expenses and also see your pay slips.
Let us know if your Tripletex app doesn’t have the travel expense feature. An expense must be related to your travel. Use common sense. Random expenses that does not seem to be work/travel related will not be approved.
When you send in a travel expense or any other expense, the amount will be paid out together with your pay on the 15th of each month.

If you are buying something for your bar we want you to use the company card. This is kept hidden and safe, but can be borrowed by talking to your manager and getting their approval on their purchase.
